Philmont 2020 Deposit Due Tomorrow, 12/18

A reminder that the Philmont 2020 Deposit for $250 per attendee is due at the Troop meeting tomorrow, 12/18. Crews will be filled on a first come, first served basis based on the following criteria:

  • Deposit Turn In Date!!!!
  • Age / Rank
  • Scouts with a parent going
  • Number of adults attending
  • Scouts in charge

Payment slip is located in the Philmont 2020 Parent’s Guide. You can find this document in the File Downloads area, High Adventure section on the troop web site or you can email me for a copy.

Philmont Guide and Payment Schedule

Attached is the Philmont presentation from the troop meeting and the Philmont Parent’s Guide.  Read them carefully and contact Mr. G with any questions!  The last page in the Parent’s Guide is the Payment Sheet that lays out when each payment is due. It may seem like a long way off, but planning starts now! (Remember you need to be logged in to view attachments – if you cannot see them, go to the High Adventure section in the File Downloads area on the troop web site).

Rewards Trip Permission Slip

Attached is the Rewards Trip Permission Slip!  This year, the overnight trip will be 12/8 – 12/9.  We’ll be heading to The Henry Ford for a few hours to check out some cool stuff and then overnight for a Sports/Tech Lock-In at the EMU Rec/IM Center. Bring your games, bring your gear, and let’s have some FUN!!! Electronics allowed on this trip!!! Remember, you need to be logged in to view the permission slip!

EMU Sports/Tech Lock-In - Clock is Ticking!

The EMU Sports/Tech Lock-In Rewards Trip is fast approaching!  This year, the overnight trip will be 12/8 – 12/9. Please review the list below for the minimum requirements to attend. If you have not met the minimum criteria, you will not be able to go! Since (and including) Summer Camp:

1) You must have attended at least 3 Troop Meetings, PLCs and/or Courts of Honor. There are only 3 remaining troop meetings left between now and EMU!
