I am in need of getting everyone (ALL scouts + ALL leaders, committee members) Re-Chartered Prior to Year end for 2019 Calendar Year.
I have attached the Registration Sheet, which I need 1 per person, to include the applicable Fees below.
Scout = $ 44 / each
Adult Leader / Committee Member = $ 33 / each
THIS APPLIES TO ANY SCOUT OR LEADER WHO WILL BE PART OF THE TROOP IN 2019 CALENDAR YEAR PLEASE. THIS IS MANDATORY IF YOU INTEND ON BEING PART OF TROOP 125 IN 2019 CY, STARTING JAN 1.
I have attached the Re-Charter Form in both Word + PDF, and please read the Payment Types. I will be present at the November 20th & 27th Troop Meetings, or you are welcome to mail a form + payment to my residence.
If you mail me a check / payment, I will confirm upon receipt via email back to you.
Also, I am attached a Troop Data Form, as I am also working on cleaning up our Troop Master Web. If you have changed address, phone number, email, etc. in the past year or two, please feel free to submit one of these with your payment and I will verify your information is correct into our Troop System.
