Troop 125 Ski Trip "Intention to Attend" Signup

Submitted by on

We're planning our 2019 Caberfae Ski Trip and we need an initial count of who is intending to attend!  Please go to the sign-up below and let us know!

The ski trip will be Friday, 1/5/19 to Sunday, 1/7/19.  Save the dates!  Fill out the permission slip!

We need some early information as to your intention to attend the event so that we can adjust our reservation! This is not a commitment (yet), but we need to know if you're intending to attend so that we can provide an estimate to the camp where we will be staying.  Please take a minute and indicate you and yours are planning to attend at the Sign Up:

There may be other groups staying at the camp as well, so we'll need to stake out our space. Moms and Dads are welcome as are siblings (see the permission slip for pricing for non-skiers). We want to make sure that we will have space for everyone who would like to go, so we need to have an early feel for how many want to attend.

Know how to ski? This will be great fun! Want to learn to ski? This is a great place to learn! Many T125 scouts have had their first skiing experience on a troop ski trip!

Here's the permission slip with all of the info:

More trip details: On Friday, 1/5 we will be meeting at 6pm to pack our skis and gear in Mini-Me and take the 3hr drive to the Center Lake Bible Camp (near Tustin Mi.) where the scouts will be staying in a heated deluxe cabin (bunk beds with mattresses). Parents and families will be in nearby separate cabins that are furnished like hotel rooms with full baths (suites are available). This camp is very much like a small version of the D-A scout camp with several different size cabins all in one area, a dining hall, game room and lighted tubing hill! Caberfae is a ½- hour drive from the camp and we will ski all day, then serve a catered dinner at Caberfae for extended skiing.  We plan to return home after breakfast on Sunday and be back at our meeting place by noon.
